Dallas, Texas (September 14, 2010) – Annet Technologies' Real Estate Division - RETransform, today announced the acquisition of PropertyView Solutions, Inc.’s (PVSI) business and assets. Through the acquisition, Annet Technologies / RETransform inherits a fully operational office in Dallas, Texas, including “Peak” and “Remanage” property management software applications.

As a result of the acquisition, Annet Technologies / RETransform has established its United States headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and intends to broaden its service portfolio to include property management software, provide additional real estate support solutions and enhance services to its current and potential clients.
